remember how i was so Arashi deprived during my hiatus? XD
well while i was away i practically brought some kind of Arashi merch with me everywhere i went. so one day i brought my popolo mag to school with me, it was the Nov issue with the smexy suit undressing photoshoot. XD
there i was showing the mag to my friend and my physics teacher is passing by,
me: mr. hughes, mr. hughes i wanna show you something! 8D *flips to Ohno's pic* that's my future husband!! XD
mr. hughes: ....... no offense melissa but they look like girls... O_O are they wearing lip gloss?!?!?
me: uh... i hear it's normal for men to wear lip gloss in Japan. XD
mr. hughes: ...... they're fruity boys... but seriously melissa, if you saw this boy walking through the school halls no girl would want to date him.
me: .... I WOULD!!!!! I'D JUMP HIM RIGHT THERE! =D
mr. hughes: -______________- see everyone look! you wouldn't want to date these guys would you?!? *starts passing the mag around in class*
random girls: NO WAY THAT'S A DUDE?!?! THAT'S GOTTA BE A GIRL! who's this?! chinen-nen yuuuri??? THAT HAS TO BE A GIRL!!!
me: *starts laughing like hell* XDDDD
now a lot of ppl in my physics class thinks i like guys who look like girls so i'm always bringing mags to show them and promoting Arashi!! 8D
1st night
- The staff at the gates gave out newspapers where our boys are on front page..kakkoii!!!
- We were all surprised that there were no moving stage, moving carts, special effects except for the water and the smoke ..very Un-arashi..lol
- they only used the main stage plus the mini stage just infront of the main ...not much fanservice...but we can see how much the boys wanted to get close to the people.
- Jun was really super genki..and lots of rabu too between the members.
- Sho looked tired, he had big eyebags..i hate the video walls...it made Sho chan looked ugly..when he is not!!!! ggrrr!!
- Aiba received the loudest screams...sugoi!
- MC: Ohchan was so cute when he said these english words..."ONE NOODLE PLEASE"
- My friends got me a VIP seat for only 750 RMB ,It is slightly elavated part at the back just across the main stage... That area is so boring...and most of the people there were seating....i was just behind the officials in the long table, so during the ist encore, when they were in the hanging platform ,OHCHAN gave me a peace sign.I know it's real and it's not an illusion because there were only 3 of us standing and waving.....i was holding his uchiwa!!! OH LORD!!!! I wanted this to happen since the Tw cons......I would have been luckier if there was a rear stage
- 2 encores only...i felt that the Shanghai crowd was too boring... .sorry!
- we were kinda disappointed after the con, because it was not what we expected..it was like a regular arashi show/guesting minus the concert factor... we didn't know that officials had sort of restrictions for the concert.

2nd day
- They arrived at the venue at around 4pm..
_ SHO was wearing a cap and his sunglasses plus black jacket, he stopped for a while and waved to the fans, Nino had a green swearshirt, Ohno was wearing a black jacket too..Aiba and Jun walked too fast..
- Ohchan and Nino's uchiwas were sold out!!
- before the concert, fans were giving out a piece of paper,with a message written in chinese, english and japanese asking us to sing Happy Birthday after Beautiful days( 2nd encore)
- AIba again had more fans , followed by Ohno..and then Nino...
- MC: They were amazed how people know Nihonggo and each members said a bit of chinese words and asked if their chinese was good, they also ate crabs and Ohno pretended to be crab, the members picked their fave parts ,his legs and arms, Sho asked if we saw the flowers sent by the director...
- plus a Kawaii kun monomane of Love so sweet. the crowd also requested for Wish and Jun also did it with him.
- ABC and kissmyft2 sang one song each..
- my seat was at Block 10, 680 only..but it was good enough.
- this time the sound system was good, but Jun's mic was too loud during One Love!
- 4 encores with Fight song!! ( yipee!!)
-The crowd was more genki ......and indeed, 2nd night was more FUN!!!!
- Almost all the seats at Block 13 were empty..it was a lonely sight...just before the show was about to start, the people seated at the top most part of Block 15 were being asked to transfer and fill up the space.
- after the con, the fans all waited outside the North hall , many of the fans were at the roof of the hall, some even climbed the trucks were the generators are placed.
I came to Shanghai with so much doubts..
No ticket on the first day, but i was able to get a very good one.
Also fears of fake tickets.
IMO, there were about a hundred scalpers scattered across the stadium wearing Black jackets..they looked like goons in action films..and worst, they had all the good seats.
I dont think i'll ever come back and watch in Shanghai for a 3rd AAA...( that i am not sure!haha!!)
the ticketing system was a mess!!
the con goods were more expensive..
the movements of the boys were very much restricted during the cons.
I am not saying i am dissatisfied....
but i saw them outside the venue twice, saw them perform and gave their best..
so yeah..IT WAS WORTH IT!!
AAA3? I want!! 2009 onegaishimasu!!

I am truly moved but slightly terrified that the page has had over 6,000 hits already!
I only built it five or so days ago. When I last checked -- only two days ago, it was at around 270.
What happened? Did someone do the dirty work for me? Haha, I still haven't gotten a chance to promote on LiveJournal. Kinda scared, honestly. Don't ask why. XD
I'm glad though, really! Thank You All Very Much. :)

Algunos detalles Sho mencionó q Arashi nunca estuvo en primera plana en Japon cosa q si ocurrió en Shanghai donde han stado n primera plana de lo periódicos.
Otra cosa graciosa s q Nino y Riida salieron a comer y trataron d ordenar 3 veces unos platos d fideos...pero al final el mozo no les atendió y les trajo un plato vacío jajaja xD

so... there's this one regular customer at my mom's donut shops. this old guy who's gotta be rich cause i know his car has to be expensive cause it looks it. XD (yea i'm not really a car person. ^^;;;)
sometimes he'll come in the morning then afternoon, for breakfast and lunch. everytime he comes he tips us a lot! sometimes around $3-$10
and i bet you my whole Arashi collection that he likes my mom! XD cause he's always trying to ask her out to dinner or lunch. but of course my mom is pretty reluctant on it....
a couple of weeks back he asked me
"Melissa, is there anything you want? do you like perfume? candy? anything? i'll gladly buy something for you!"
me: O_o No! it's okay you don't have to buy anything for me. ^^
of course he kept asking if there was something i'd like but i'm not gonna ask stuff from an elderly man, and one that i keep forgetting what his name is. XD
well today he came in the morning of course, here's the convo:
ojichan: Melissa, where do you buy your art supplies? how much are the sketch books?
me: umm... i go to micheals to buy my art stuff, usually the sketch books are under $10.
ojiichan: that won't do any good! here, take this $50 bill and go buy yourself more art supplies!
me: O_O No! i can't take that! it's really okay i already bought art supplies last week! i don't need anything at the moment!
ojiichan: think of it as saving me time from stopping by the art store for you and just take it!
of course he forced me to take it, but i feel really guilty T^T (even though he's probably rich. =P)
and i don't wanna buy arashi goods with it cause i'd feel even more guilty since he wanted me to buy art supples.
still.... i can't believe he gave me $50!!!
